Backpacking Bad Back
Over the years, we've had some experience with lower back pain and neck pain. Keeping in mind that everyone is different and everyone's injuries may also be different, we list several books below that are known to provide non-surgical solutions to neck & back pain, primarily through exercise and diet. By the way, we have personally used the McKenzie exercises with much success.
